“Building” means to me to create marketing and sales resources for enterprises that value development, but for unknown reasons its efforts "inhibit" the grow. Therefore it appears to be necessary to analyze bottlenecks, performance of individual organizational units and build a clear procedures and rules that enable improving the performance.

The use of efficient procedures for all business units, creating patterns of teamwork, leadership, coaching and identifying methods for inspection of obtained results are the basis of the performance of all the sales departments. If you believe that in your company there is no effect, despite the workload, it indicates that the time has come to analyze a company and to build a transparent, optimized sales system.
